Olé® offers high gloss protection and beauty to unglazed Mexican paver tile and other porous terra cotta surfaces with fewer coats. It has a durable high gloss finish that can be used indoors or out doors and is UV resistant. It is LEED eligible. A blend of the latest in acrylic polymer technology has been coupled with an antimar agent, U.V. inhibitors and a grease and oil blocker to become the perfect solution for sealing porous tile.

SAMPLE TESTING: Due to the differences of each substrate, several inscompicuous test patches should be completed to assure maximum performance. Due to the differences of each substrate, some shading may occur.

Coverage	Per Gallon: 100-400 sq.ft. Coverage will vary depending on density, porosity, texture, weather, time solution is left on surface and application methods. For Saltillo Tile and other extremely porous materials they first coat may be 100 sq.ft. per gallon. Additional coats may cover more.
Recommended Use	Perfect solution for unglazed Mexican paver tiles, Saltillo tiles and other porous terra cotta surfaces.
